Hi all and welcome to A Mile In My Boots.

Okay okay so I finally got round to updating the site. Rallyin' n' partyin' takes up so much time these days. It's a hard life but someone's gotta do it.
Here we go with some of the highlights of the year so far.........

APRIL

Got the XJR back on the road after it's annual fettle. 
Added some very nice levers and a fork brace from BilletBikeBits and a lovely 
fresh coat of black paint courtesy of HTC Motorcycles / Spirit of Bestford.


MAY

Into The Valley. First MAG Rally of the year.


Have Rat will travel. Left my best bike at home and took  my trusty GT550 to the Rat & Survival.

JUNE

MAG's biggie, the Farmyard Party. Unmissable.

 

JULY

Winster Weekender. Held at the Miners Standard, Winster near Matlock. My humble attempt at abikers weekend / party / rideout type o' thing. Cheap camping good grub & booze, great hosts. Started out as a weekend for the XJROC but now open to mates & mates of mates too.

The first of three trips to Scotland for me this year - Wee Al's Highland Fling.




AUGUST

Yorkshire Pudding Rally, the start of a busy month. Now held in my home town. Took almost ten minutes to get there, didn't 
even need to use the SatNav.




Frodsham Frenzy. A big thanks to Ste for the organising and cheers to Paul & Cath of the Cheshire Cheese for putting up with us all weekend.

 



Beautiful Days. The Levellers very own festival down in Devon. Class bands, real ale and a very chilled atmos.
