Overseas Labor / Undersea Resource is a non-national corporation operating from multiple bases on and under Scandia's high seas. OverUnder excels in three primary business areas: seafloor resource collection, outsourced labor, and hypersecure data storage.

Our most public and recognizable installation is Hüjensheff Island, a manmade construct situated in international waters some 370km off the northwest shore of New Ingalland. We have offices in and do business with a number of nations, most of which openly or tacitly recognize our sovereignty and legal independence. Our freedom from ties to any government permits our rates to be reasonable, and our lack of any government to lean on drives us to provide customers with superb products, personnel, and services.
