Christian, called Ernst, was born 5 Sep 1757 in Oberfarnstädt, Saxony-Anhalt, Prussia and died 3 May 1812 in Kindelbrück, Thuringia, Germany. He was buried 5 May 1812. Ernst started out as a corporal in the Husaren-Regiment VII (Prussian calvary) based out of Kindelbrück (Oct 1791). He survived a stab wound to the lung in 1794. On 24 Aug 1794, he captured three during a patrol of Blies-Castell. He earned the rank of second lieutenant on 2 Aug 1798, first lieutenant on 23 Apr 1804, and captain on 10 Aug 1806. By this time, he earned a monthly pension of 12 Thaler.
Ernst married Christiana Maria Regina Fischer on 28 Feb 1794 in Kindelbrück. Christiana was born 2 Jul 1774 in Kindelbrück and christened 3 Jul 1774 in Kindelbrück. She died 3 Jul 1822 in Kindelbrück and was buried 6 Jul 1822. Christiana is the daughter of Johann Ernst Fischer (7 Feb 1742 Kindelbrück-11 Jun 1808 Kindelbrück) and Marie Elisabeth Hafermalz (21 Nov 1743 Kindelbrück-5 Aug 1816 Kindelbrück). Johann was an economist. He and Marie married 16 Jul 1765 in Kindelbrück.
